By engaging in the activity of sending, donating, or otherwise paying money to TerminaMC.com, you agree to commit to the following terms:

- I will not chargeback my payment for any reason(s).

- I fully understand that this is a non-refundable donation and the money will not be refunded, no matter the reason and/or cost.

- I understand and agree that this is an act of donation. Donation: noun; an act or instance of presenting something as a gift, grant, or contribution.

- I will not abuse the donation system with any exploits or bugs.

- If I am upgrading ranks and I skip a rank I will be put into the correct group with no refund.

- I will not use a stolen source of payment to pay for the donation(s).

- If I am under the age of eighteen I am under supervision of my parent/guardian and provides permission to make this/these donation(s).

- If I am not eighteen years of age or older (otherwise known as a minor) I have asked my parent/guardian to use their PayPal, credit card, or any other means of payment and they APPROVE my use of it.

- I am the owner of the PayPal, credit card, or any other means of payment and I approve this donation to Termina and if I am not the owner, I am the child of the person allowing me to use their form of payment, and have received permission to perform a donation(s) to Termina.

- If I am donating for another player these terms still apply to me, and I give permission for my money to be donated for that player.

- Staff reserve the right to suspend, void, or terminate your access to Termina, the TerminaMC.com website, and any other services related to Termina without consent.

- If I do chargeback any claim I or my parents make can automatically be voided and the money that was donated will be returned to Termina.

Violation of these terms will result in a permanent ban from the server, a complaint filed with PayPal or whichever payment method you have chosen, and possible legal action.
